Please be informed that during the Ramadan/Eid period from 12 March to 16 April 2024, the Bank will be operating as follows:
Banking hours: 09:30 to 12:00
MoneyGram counters only: 09:30 to 11:00
Cheques deposited by 10:15 shall be cleared on the next working day.
Tax/Customs payments and Salary files initiated through Internet Banking by 11:00 shall be processed on the same day.
Transfers to Other Local Banks initiated through Internet Banking by 11:30 shall be processed on the same day.
Swift transfers initiated through Internet banking by 13:00 shall be processed on the same day.
During the last 10 days of Ramadan and for the Eid holidays, the Bank will be closed on 02, 03, 04, 09, 10 and 11 April.
