Reffering to the bid bearing reference No: MCB/AUCTION/2026/86, relating to Leasehold right of Property Plot No. S3-060, K.Thilafushi (Registration Number: S3-060), The Mauritius Commercial Bank (Maldives) Private Limited (The Bank) is pleased to invite potential bidders for counter bid offers starting from MVR 7,761,808/- to compete with the highest bid secured to date.  All interested parties are invited to submit the bid offers by latest 08th March 2026 (2:00PM), and the price shall not be lower than the price quoted on this announcement. MCB Maldives Opening hours – 01 Ramadan to 07 Shawwal

Dear Valued Customer,

 Please be informed that during the Ramadan and the first 7 days of Shawwal the Bank will be operating as follows:

  • Banking hours: 09:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
  • Cheques deposited by 10:15 a.m. shall be cleared on the next working day
  • Tax/Customs payments and Salary files initiated through Internet Banking by 11:00 a.m. shall be processed on the same day
  • Transfers to Other Local Banks initiated through Internet Banking by 11:00 a.m. shall be processed on the same day
  • Swift transfers initiated through Internet banking by 12:00 p.m. shall be processed on the same day 

 

Please be advised that the Bank will be closed on the 1st Day of Ramadan.

The schedule for bank operations during the last ten days of Ramadan will be announced at a later date.
